I used to be really obsessed with knitting, though these days it’s hard for me to find the inspiration to pull out the needles.

I have been diagnosed with ADHD inattentive type with generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety disorder. Learning how to manage my anxiety is an ongoing process, and I think I’m doing pretty well.
